Beautiful training facility at Felicity Farm in lovely Santa Ynez, California includes dressage arena (full court) with mirror, big oval arena, roundpen, track, indoor/outdoor stalls and paddocks, pasture turn-outs, warm-water washrack, hotwalker, etc.

Very reasonable boarding fees for boxstalls with attached outside paddocks, pastures and corrals with roofed shelter and sand box.

Gentle and effective dressage training, long-lining and ground training, lessons and clinics for horses of all levels and breeds.  Friendly and professional atmosphere.
